14-day Cooling-off Period

All products purchased in one of the Elma webshops benefit from a 14-day return policy. It is no problem whatsoever if you wish to return your order, provided you notify us within 14 days after your order has been delivered.

After you have returned your order to us, we will credit the full amount paid, including shipping costs, and we will send you a confirmation. You only pay for the return shipment.

Return conditions

To claim full repayment for returned products it is important that the relevant products are returned complete, undamaged and if reaasonably possible in original packaging. Both the product and the packaging must be undamaged.

If one of the aforementioned conditions is not met, Elma BV retains the right to refuse to refund the full amount. We will always contact you if that is the case.

Elma reimburse all payments, including any delivery charges by Elma BV charged for the returned product, within 14 days following the date on which the withdrawal is announced. Unless Elma BV offers to pick up the product itself, Elma BV should wait to return until the product is received or until the consumer indicates that the product is sent back, whichever is the earlier. Elma BV used to repay the same means of payment used by the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to a different payment method. Repayment is free for consumers.
