All products supplied by us are guaranteed for 12 months, with the exception of batteries because they are liable to wear.

Who do I contact?

In the unlikely event that a product is defect please contact the Elma Webshop. We will arrange everything with the manufacturer and will replace or repair the product as quickly as possible.

Guarantee claim procedure

If you have a defective product you should always contact Elma BV first. Depending on the product, in the majority of cases we will be able to give you an immediate indication of how your claim will be processed and how long it will take.

Never return products without contacting us first and always have your original order to number to hand when you contact us to report a defect.

Complaints registration

Of course it is annoying when you have a complaint about our products or service, nevertheless we kindly ask you to make your coplaint by e-mail, mail or telephone. One of our employees will check the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.
Within 14 days after reception of your complaint we try to give you an appropriate response. Elma will inform you If more time is needed to ensure a correct handling.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where Elma BV is connected to. Should the mediation for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the possobillity to submit your dispute to the Dispute Committee (SCG)
