Some typical applications are electrical drive and steering solutions, heavy lifting and heave compensated lifting applications. Our flexible project management team makes sure that set schedules and project budgets are met. Thanks to an extensive international partner network spare parts can be delivered worldwide. If needed our service engineers can be on site at short notice.

System integration is characterized by connecting various electrical systems in existing on-board systems. Elma operates brand independent. The customer’s requirements determine the selection of components and the on-board systems. Our engineers are able to work with PLC technology from most common brands such as ABB, Siemens, Bachmann, Vacon and Schneider. Our designs are always made in EPLAN. They meet the requirements and standards set by classification societies like Lloyds, BV, CCS, DNV, etc.

Elma Services is your partner when it comes to servicing and maintaining machinery, e-motors and generators. Well maintained equipment significantly reduces disruptions and downtime. Our specialty is the repair and overhaul of on-board generators, e-motors, fans & blowers and variable speed drives.

In addition to our system integration and repair and overhaul service, we are also supplier of spare parts and components for a wide range of marine applications.

Elma Components is the official sales en service partner for the Lilaas lever controllers in the Benelux. Furthermore Elma supplies a wide range of her own brand Electrical Motors in low and medium voltage. These are often used by i.a. manufacturers of bow and stern thrusters and winch systems. Finally, Elma Components also is the official Benelux AUTEC sales partner, advising, selling and customizing complete Radio Remote Control stations to and for various marime OEM’s, ship builders and end-users.
