In Romania both A-brand components and manual labor are significantly better priced than in Western Europe. Choosing to outsource the production of your control panels to Elma Systems, means you are assured of a high-quality, yet cost-friendly assembly partner! Our service also proves to be profitable for smaller series of panels.
An intense exchange program with Elma Systems guarantees the same West European level of engineering skills and knowledge. Our Romanian engineers are highly qualified and constantly trained according to Dutch standards. As a result the complete Elro factory is ISO 9001/2015 and VCA★★ certified. Control cabinets can be made according to Lloyds, Veritas, CE, ABS, DNV-GL, BV, CCS, IRS, KR, RMRS, RINA, NKK and IR label.
It is possible to carry out a specific FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at the Romanian plant after the control cabinets are assembled. The FAT can be ran according to Elma’s or, if desired, to your own protocols.
Our assembly process for series-produced control panels is reliable and a relatively fast. If desired your order can be delivered on demand. Elma’s all-inclusive service can also cover your logistical challenges. Our team is able to arrange all your shipment, packaging and/or casing requests.
